      Oh wow, that had to be confining. I recall Consuelo Vanderbilt recounting how her mother forced her to wear a back brace her entire adolescence so her posture would be straight and haughty.

  1. I have scoliosis and had to wear my back brace for a couple of years, for 23 hours a day. It was Shower to Shower ( for the itching), a piece of cheese cloth almost like a tube top and then the back brace. Luckily, it all worked out for the best, considering I was very close to having rods implanted.
