The Last Dinner On The Titanic High Tea is a terrific idea, especially since 2012 is looming. But I need to ask you one question. Did the food selections for the big event come from some sort of documentation out of the Titanic’s own records? I would love to see what they ate for High Tea back in 1912.
I’m not sure, but you should definitely ask the hostess. However, I do assume they are taking the tea directly from the Archbold & McCauley book, Last Dinner On the Titanic: Menus and Recipes from the Great Liner.
